Please allow me to introduce myself my name is Constable Tim Burch, and I am your elected Constable for Denton County Precinct 4. I have been in Law Enforcement since 1998, and currently serving at the Denton County Constable's Office . Constable Hatzenbuhler was the former Constable and he retired after 24 years of service and it is with honor that I announce he endorsed me for the position I currently now serve. Additionally I am a Certified Advanced Texas Peace Officer, Certified in Advanced Civil Process, Certified Advanced Criminal Investigator, and Certified in Special Weapons and Tactics.
I am a degreed professional, member and active supporter of The Texas Justice of the Peace and Constable Association.
My reputation has been built on my availability to the public 24/7 and this is a service I will continue to provide as your Constable. I am an avid volunteer and supporter of several charitable organizations, below are just some of my involvements:

I have established a strong working relationship with the law enforcement agencies within the precinct as well as Denton County. My office in the past has overseen the Absent Student Assist Program (ASAP) within Northwest ISD, and provided interlocal law enforcement contracts for the cities of Bartonville and Copper Canyon.
I have assigned Deputies to assist State and Federal Law Enforcement Agencies in numerous investigations and warrant round ups to help build a safer community within Denton County.
I believe elected officials should serve the public; not use the office as a stepping stone or platform for another career or as a means of retirement. I would love to hear from you regarding what I can do to make our community the best it can be and please contact me with any questions, suggestions, or concerns.
I have always led by example, never sacrificing integrity, morals, personal assurance, or compassion during my performance of my duties as the Constable of Denton County Precinct 4.
